Client:

Design input on the conversion of a former farmstead from its current usage as a restaurant to a pre-school and nursery. Production of a Statement of Significance and impact assessment. The particular issues that we helped to resolve were historic access points to mitigate Highways Authority objections. However there were insurmountable issues relating to Greenbelt policies.

Outcomes: Change of Use (2023/1380) refused on greenbelt grounds.
